Is it good value?
Around £150 per week including bills, in a city-centre building walkable to two universities, is competitive for Newcastle. Newcastle is one of the more affordable major UK student cities, and Albion House sits in the middle of its market rather than at the premium end.
The comparison to run: a shared house in Jesmond or Heaton will usually be cheaper per week but adds a commute, excludes bills, and comes with a twelve-month joint tenancy. Albion House costs more per week and removes all three of those problems.
